Shipping Policy
Orders are delivered within 3–7 working days across Pakistan.
Delivery time may vary for remote areas.
Standard delivery charges will apply and will be shown at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping details (name, contact, and address) are correct before placing the order.
Returns & Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect size/product, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Missing or short items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Queries received after this time will not be entertained.
Products must be returned in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with tags and original packaging intact.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Items purchased during sale or promotion are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds are not applicable on local orders (only exchanges are allowed). Refunds may be considered for international orders under special cases.
Accessories are non-exchangeable/non-returnable unless damaged.
Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.
