How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?
Local orders in Pakistan usually arrive within 3–7 working days after shipping.
International orders normally take 2–4 weeks, depending on the destination and your country’s customs process.
Please note: Once your order leaves our warehouse, any shipping delays caused by courier companies are beyond our control. For delivery updates, it’s best to directly check with the courier service.
How Do I Place an Order?
Simply browse through our Men’s & Women’s collections, choose your desired size, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
How To Return My Items?
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery (see our Shipping & Returns Policy).
International customers: Please note we do not currently offer free returns. Return shipping charges will need to be covered by you.
Always return products in their original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags & packaging intact).
We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns. MSCollectionPK is not responsible for lost return parcels.
